All regular lets are booked for GSC by the Lets Co-ordinator. Remember that managing a regular let on a weekly basis is the responsibility of the team / age group.
One off additional bookings / cancellations
All one off or additional bookings / cancellations are made via Customer Services Department on 0141 577 3008. You must quote your unique Member ID.
Cancellation of Booking(s) – BY THE TEAM / CLUB / ORGANISATION
Any team not requiring an allocated let must advise East Renfrewshire Council at least two clear working days prior to the date of the let otherwise the full cost of the booking is due. Customer Services are available on 0141 577 3008 – Monday to Friday – 8am-6pm. Alternatively, team contacts can e-mail Customer Services for their request to be actioned by clicking on this link email@example.com.

It is the team’s responsibility to check if week-day pitches are on during times of inclement weather. The team can do so via ERC website, Facebook or Twitter after 3pm on the relevant day. Alternatively, the team can contact the Park’s Department direct on 0141 577 3618 after 3pm on the relevant day.
It is the responsibility of each team to contact East Renfrewshire Council via website, Facebook or Twitter after 8:30am on a Saturday morning to ascertain whether pitches areON or OFF.
Alternatively, the team can contact 0141 577 3914 – where they will hear a recorded telephone message advising if pitches are ON or OFF.
This decision refers to both Saturday and Sunday fixtures.
